SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Belgium & Netherlands: 5–10 business days
- Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. CleverKit has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cleverkit.store@outlook.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CleverKit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at cleverkit.store@outlook.com and we will try to make changes before the order is processed.
